About GGEC Meetings
The Greening Greenfield Energy Committee (GGEC) is a citizen committee that works closely with the Town on the Greening Greenfield campaign and the Cities for Climate Protection program. To find out more about our purpose click here.
One of our strengths is our diversity of concerns – all of which are united under our common interest to build a more sustainable Greenfield.
So as to make our work as effective and as efficient as possible, we have a number of very active sub-committees. These committees report back to our Monthly GGEC meeting, which is held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm, at the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), at 50 Miles Street in Greenfield. All meetings are open to the public. We urge you to contact a committee member before attending a meeting so that we can give you background material and answer any questions you may have in advance of the meeting.
We invite you to:
- Sign up for GGEC meeting announcements.
- Learn more about our sub-committees. Please let us know of your interest, call the contact person listed to find out more, and/or attend a sub-committee meeting.
